The Organizing Committee of the ICUAS'19 invites you and/or your organization to participate in the Conference in one of the following levels:

Exhibition space will offer opportunities for visibility, sales, and recruitment. We expect a worldwide audience, thus, we expect steady traffic flow in the exhibit area. Exhibits will be adjacent to the technical sessions. Coffee breaks will be in the exhibits area to draw participants.

Exhibits will be open from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM for the duration of the Technical Conference. Exhibits set up time will in the afternoon of Tuesday, June 11, 2019.

Gold Sponsorship: $3,000

• A double exhibit booth
• Brochure insert in registration package
• Company logo printed inside Program Guide stating company is a Conference Sponsor
• Company banner/link will be added to the Conference Web
• Name also displayed on main page of Conference Website
• Complimentary Internet
• Two complimentary Conference Registrations

Platinum Sponsorship: $5,000

• All of the benefits of Gold Sponsorship
• An additional complimentary Conference Registration (total of 3)
• Web and proceedings will state 'Exclusive Sponsor'
• Ability to offer a 30-45 minute talk on product line

Exhibitor Fee: $1,000

• An exhibit booth
• Brochure insert in registration package
• Company banner/link will be added to the Conference Web
• Complimentary Internet
• One complimentary Conference registration

Advertising only: $500

• Brochure insert in registration package
• Company banner/link will be added to the Conference Web

Exhibitors and Gold/Platinum Sponsors will have access to all technical sessions, coffee breaks, banquet, and receptions and will receive a copy of the conference proceedings.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• 90 days or more before ICUAS'19: 100% refund except credit card processing fees
• 60-89 days before ICUAS'19: 50% refund except credit card processing fees
• Less than 60 days before ICUAS'19: No refund
