General Information: Full, complete, contributed and/or invited (special session, invited session) papers with results must be submitted online, electronically through the web site https://controls.papercept.net. The paper format must follow IEEE paper submission rules, two-column format using 10-point fonts, Times New Roman. The maximum number of pages per initially submitted paper is ten (10), including references and appendices. After the review process, should the paper be accepted, a maximum of two (2) extra pages will be allowed per paper (for a total of 12 pages) at a cost of $100 per extra page. Illustrations and references are included in the page count.

Poster papers must also be submitted online, electronically through the same web site. Poster paper format must also follow IEEE paper submission rules, two-column format using 10-point fonts, Times New Roman. The maximum number of pages per poster paper is six (6), including references and appendices.

All submitted papers will undergo a very thorough peer review process coordinated by the Program Chairs, the ICUAS Advisory Committee Members, the IPC and qualified reviewers.

Full papers must be submitted by February 12, 2019 February 26, 2019.

Authors will be notified of acceptance at the latest by April 15, 2019. Accepted papers must be uploaded electronically no later than May 10, 2019 – this is a very hard deadline. Authors are encouraged to accompany their presentations with multimedia material (i.e., videos), which will be included in the Conference Digital Proceedings. Conference Proceedings will be acquired by IEEE and they will appear in IEEE Xplore. In detail, to submit a paper online, electronically, please follow the steps below:

3. Follow the steps.

The paper format must follow IEEE paper submission rules, two-column format using Times New Roman fonts. Note that you may use the LaTEX+MS-Word / PDF conversion system – it is enabled.

Special Issues – ICUAS'19: The ICUAS'19 Conference Organizers are planning to publish Special Issues based on significantly different and enhanced versions of the accepted conference papers (overlap cannot exceed 25%).
