ICUAS'18 Submission Information

Paper Submission

GENERAL INFORMATION: Full/complete papers must be submitted online, electronically through https://controls.papercept.net. The paper format must follow IEEE paper submission rules, two-column format using 10 point fonts, Times New Roman. The maximum number of pages per initially submitted paper is ten (10). After the review process, should the paper be accepted, a maximum of two (2) extra pages will be allowed per paper (for a total of 12 pages) at a cost of $100 per extra page. Illustrations and references are included in the page count. Submitted papers will undergo a very thorough peer review process coordinated by the Program Chairs, the ICUAS Advisory Committee Members, the IPC and qualified reviewers.

Full papers must be submitted by February 12, 2018.

Authors will be notified of acceptance at the latest by April 15, 2018. Accepted papers must be uploaded electronically no later than May 7, 2018this is a very hard deadline. Authors are encouraged to accompany their presentations with multimedia material (i.e., videos), which will be included in the Conference Digital Proceedings. Conference Proceedings will be acquired by IEEE and they appear in IEEE Xplore. In detail, to submit a paper, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to https://controls.papercept.net.
  2. Click on the link "Submit a Contribution to ICUAS'18" and follow the steps.

NOTE: If you do not have a PIN, you must register one first. Follow the steps on how to submit a paper or invited session proposal to the ICUAS'18 Conference.

Special Issues - ICUAS'18: The ICUAS'18 Conference Organizers are planning to publish Special Issues based on significantly different and enhanced versions of the accepted conference papers (overlap cannot exceed 40%).
