ICUAS 2025<\/strong> is a physical presence only<\/em><\/strong> conference. Registration is mandatory for all conference participants, authors, and non-authors.\u00a0\u00a0ICUAS attendees may register under different categories, as shown below. It is not required to present a paper in the Conference program to register and to attend the Conference.\u00a0If you are not submitting a paper, please follow the Registration Link<\/strong> instructions below. Otherwise, please follow the Author Registration<\/strong> instructions. All registered participants must check in at the Registration Desk to pick up their registration packages. Personal badges will be provided to all registered participants. Attendees must always wear their badges when attending any ICUAS\u201925 event (workshops, tutorials, technical sessions, and social functions). Conference details will be posted and updated daily in the registration area. Registration fees are in USD ($).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Full and Student registration<\/strong> includes access to all technical sessions, proceedings, exhibits, coffee breaks, lunches, banquet, and welcome reception. Students must provide current and valid student<\/em><\/strong> identification \/ proof<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Life IEEE and Retiree registration<\/strong> includes access to all technical sessions, proceedings, exhibits, coffee breaks, lunches, banquet, and welcome reception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Workshop registration<\/strong> is for one day, May 17, and includes 2 coffee breaks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* Companion Registration<\/strong> is only for persons who accompany registered conference participants (full or student registration).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Author Registration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Authors of accepted papers must register when uploading the final versions of their papers. The Full Registration covers up to two (2) papers. An extra paper upload fee applies to each additional paper (3rd paper and beyond).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
