ICUAS 2025 is a physical presence only conference. Registration is mandatory for all conference participants, authors, and non-authors. ICUAS attendees may register under different categories, as shown below. Registration fees are in USD ($).

Full and Student registration includes access to all technical sessions, proceedings, exhibits, coffee breaks, lunches, banquet, and welcome reception. Students must provide current and valid student identification / proof.
Life IEEE and Retiree registration includes access to all technical sessions, proceedings, exhibits, coffee breaks, lunches, banquet, and welcome reception.
Workshop registration is for one day, May 17, and includes 2 coffee breaks.
* Companion Registration is only for persons who accompany registered conference participants (full or student registration).
Author registration
Authors of accepted papers must register when uploading the final versions of their papers. The Full Registration covers up to two (2) papers. An extra paper upload fee applies to each additional paper (3rd paper and beyond).
Exhibitor/sponsor fees
Sponsors and Exhibitors are given maximum visibility. Exhibits offer opportunities for product showcase, sales, recruitment, and professional interaction. Exhibits are open from 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM for the duration of the technical conference. For full details, please visit the Exhibitor/Sponsor page

- Click on More and choose Registration and Fees (or, use the direct link to Registration and Fees)
- Select and Add to Cart the desired type of registration and additional items and follow the remaining steps for checkout/online payment
Registration Cancellation and Refund policy
ICUAS ’25 is a four-day event; May 14-16 is the Technical Conference and May 17 is a Workshop and Tutorial day. Registration cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
- Up to 30 days before ICUAS 2025: 50% refund except credit card processing fees
- Less than 30 days before ICUAS 2025: No refund
