Registration through ICUAS
Early registration (until April 30, 2027) and late/online registration (May 1 to June 17, 2027) is now open through the ICUAS Association site, www.icuas.com. Any participant who wishes to attend ICUAS 2027 may register at any time following the below steps:
- Go to ICUAS Registration
- You will see All Products
Scroll down – you will see all registration categories on the left tab:
- Conference Registration Fees
- Workshop Fees
- Additional Paper and Page Fees
- Reception & Banquet Fees
- Exhibitor, Sponsor, Advertising Fees
Choose and click on the specific Registration Category and follow the steps.
Starting on April 23, 2027, once paper review decisions are announced, registration will also be available by using the PaperCept online registration, https://controls.papercept.net. Although any participant may register using the PaperCept online system, this is the preferred and strongly recommended way for authors of accepted papers.
Registration through PaperCept
Note that authors of accepted papers must still go through all the steps to upload their papers (upload the final paper, update data if needed, sign and submit online the Copyright Form, pay the registration fee(s), register their guest) even if they have pre-registered through www.icuas.com – they will be given ‘access’ to upload their papers bypassing the registration fee step.
Registrees must follow the steps:
- Go to https://controls.papercept.net
- Scroll down the list until you find ICUAS 2027 - Choose ICUAS 2027 (from the list of Conferences)
- Click on Register for ICUAS’27
- Login with your PIN and Password. First time users must create a ‘profile’, to get a PIN and Password.
- After you Log in, choose Registree.
- Follow the self-explained screens to register.
Late and onsite registration is also available for non-authors who want to attend the Conference. It is not required to present a paper in the Conference program to register and to attend the Conference.
All registered participants must check in at the Registration Desk to pick up their registration packages. Personal badges will be provided for all registered participants and their Guests. Attendees must always wear their badges when attending any ICUAS’27 event (workshops, tutorials, technical sessions, and social functions).
