ICUAS 2024 is a physical presence only conference. Registration is mandatory for all conference participants, authors, and non-authors. ICUAS attendees may register under different categories, as shown below. The registration amounts remain very reasonable and low compared to similar conferences. Registration fees are in USD ($).

Note: All day Coffee Breaks are enriched with cookies and snacks. Lunches are offered to all registered participants during the three-day technical conference.
Full registration includes access to all technical sessions, proceedings, exhibits, coffee breaks, lunches, banquet, and receptions. It also includes a copy of the conference proceedings.
Student registration includes access to all technical sessions, proceedings, exhibits, coffee breaks, lunches, and Receptions.
Tutorial/Workshop registration includes: Access to tutorial/workshop sessions, tutorial/workshop notes in electronic format and coffee breaks.
Internet access: All registered participants will have complimentary Internet access.
Author registration
Authors of accepted papers must register when uploading the final versions of their papers. The Full Registration covers up to two (2) papers. An extra paper upload fee applies to each additional paper (3rd paper and beyond).
Exhibitor/sponsor fees
Complimentary registration is included in exhibitor and sponsor packages.

Early registration can only be done through www.icuas.com (the main ICUAS website). To register, please follow these steps:
- Go to www.icuas.com (main ICUAS web-site, the link will open in new tab).
- Click on More and choose Registration and Fees (or, use the direct link to Registration and Fees).
- Select and Add to Cart the desired type of registration and additional items and follow the remaining steps for checkout/online payment.
Registration Cancellation and Refund policy
ICUAS ’24 is a four-day event, starting with Workshop/Tutorial sessions (day 1), followed by a three-day Conference (days 2-4). Registration cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
- 60 days or more before the conference: 100% refund except credit card processing fees
- 30-59 days before the conference: 50% refund except credit card processing fees
- Less than 30 days before the conference: No refund
